What does a free appraisal actually involve?
I look at your home properly, compare it against what's genuinely selling nearby, and give you a current figure in writing — with the reasoning behind it. No cost, no obligation, and no follow-up campaign you didn't ask for.
What does selling “off market” mean?
Your home is offered quietly to qualified buyers without going on the public portals. It can be faster, more private, and surprisingly competitive — a lot of my sales happen exactly this way. If the open market would serve you better, I'll say so.
Which areas do you cover?
Melbourne's south-east, from Dandenong to Pakenham — Hampton Park, Cranbourne, Endeavour Hills, Narre Warren, Lynbrook, Clyde North and Berwick are my home patch.
Do you speak my language?
Very likely — I speak English, Dari, Farsi, Hindi and Urdu fluently. Half the joy of working in Casey is doing business in the language people are most comfortable in.
Auction or private sale — which is better?
It depends on your street, your timing and the buyer pool that week. I'll recommend the method that suits your home, not a one-size campaign — and I'll explain why.
What does it cost to talk to you?
Nothing. The chat is free, the appraisal is free, and you're allowed to just be curious. You only ever pay an agreed commission if and when your home sells.
